FRENCH 75
How to do a French 75 ?
- 30ml of Isola Di Favignana Gin
- 15ml of lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 15ml of simple syrup
- 90ml of Champagne
- a lemon twist
First pour the gin, the lemon juice and the simple syrup into a mixing glass.
Mix well until the outside of the glass feels cold and pour the mix into a champagne glass and top with champagne.
Add the lemon twist.
