How to do a Gibson ? 

  • 3 small silver skin pickled onions
  • 65ml of Isola Di Favignana Gin
  • 5ml dry vermouth 
  • ice

Pour all of the ingredients into a mixing glass, add cubed ice and shake. 

Pour the mix into a chilled cocktail glass. 

Add the pickled onions threaded onto a cocktail stick.
