Origin
Classified as London Gin, Isola di Favignana is 100% made in Italy and obtained by distilling an alcoholic extract containing mostly Italian and Sicilian botanicals (partly farmed and foraged in Favignana Island - Sicily).

Taste and sensory analysis
Very well-balanced, Mediterranean fresh gin, easy to drink The juniper note is persistent but not resinous or pungent. The notes of lemon, together with mint give freshness, while the sweet notes of chamomile balance the bitterness typical of juniper and absinthe. Helichrysum and myrtle leaves add structure to the recipe.

Isola di Favignana Gin contains no artificial flavours, sweeteners or added colourings.
GMO Free.

There is no shelf life required for our current product range - shelf stable at ambient temperature.
